  • Please go to our BOOK THE STUDIO page to book your slot in. You can choose a 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour, 6 hour or 10 hour time slot.

  • We are open Monday - Sunday from 8am to 8pm.

  • One of our team members will meet you when you arrive on the premises to let you into the studio and answer any questions you may have. Please wait near the main reception of the development.

  • Yes! We are dog friendly and would love to meet your companion. However, please do not let your dog onto our furniture. We will have to bill you for any damages you make to the furniture and since our pieces are mostly vintage and at a high price point, these damages could be costly. Please read through our terms and conditions to find out more about our pet policy. If you are bringing your dog, please email us at info@hausofhutch.com at least 48 hours before your booking.

  • We run thorough checks of the studio before and after your booking. If you have damaged anything we will bill you for the damages incurred. Since a lot of our signature pieces are rented, we may also need to bill you for the delivery fee included in shipping the furniture back to our manufacturer. You can read more about this on our terms & conditions page.

  • We understand that delays may incur when travelling through London, so we will try our best to accommodate you and add on your lost time to the end of your booking. Please note that this may not always be possible, especially if we have a booking straight after. In this case, we will ask you to vacate the studio at the original agreed time on your booking. Please speak to a member of our staff should there be any major delays or a situation which was not your fault, we will try our best to accommodate you in the best way we can.

  • We do not have parking spaces available on site, but you may park on the street around the venue.
